Start selling your tickets in minutes

Milestone Tix makes it easy to manage your event’s online ticket sales from anywhere, at any time. Whether you’re running an event for 40 people or 40,000, we provide you with the tools and support you need to manage your entire event. You have full control of your ticket sales from posting events, changing prices and inventories, to processing refunds, everything is there when you need it.

White Label

If you have ongoing events and large volumes of tickets (minimum 5k paid tickets per month), we can create a fully customised white label portal with your event name in the URL and your branding across the ticketing site.

Milestone Managed

Milestone can build and manage your events on the Milestone Tix platform. You simply brief our team and we build and manage your ticketing. You also have access to your account to customise, build reports and adjust your ticketing if needed.

Self Managed / DIY

You have the option of building and listing your events on the Milestone Tix platform. There are no minimum ticket volumes to use this option, you simply complete our onboarding and banking form, we set you up as a Seller on the system and you start building your tickets.

Milestone provides a personal ticketing consultant who will be your single point of contact to support you with the design and build of the platform, oversee your allocations on the platform, manage dynamic seating and pricing and customise reports, for transparent, seamless management reporting. You also have full control over your Seller account and can DIY if you want to dive in and manage your own ticketing. We also provide email support for buyers via email Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Our platform offers a complete range of scanning and box office equipment for hire and our supplier’s dispatch team can organise and send equipment directly to you or your event site. We recommend at least 2 weeks’ notice for all equipment rental requests to ensure stock availability and postage times can be catered for.

How it works

Milestone provides a fully integrated one-of-a-kind cloud based ticketing platform bundled with Milestone’s expert team of professional ticketers and marketers - to provide a 360 ticketing and marketing service.

We provide personalised ticketing management, helping you to design your UX first, then we build and load events efficiently and correctly onto our premium customised white label ticketing platform.

We back this up with trained customer service staff who represent your brand including the ability to set up a dedicated phone line and answer phones as “event name, ticketing” for an extra fee.

Marketing Support

We include a range of event marketing for free as part of your managed service. Your events will be hosted on our consumer event website, www.EventsIN.com.au. Milestone’s event marketing team also reinvest a percentage of our Agent fee back into paid digital advertising for your event. We also leverage our significant event marketing experience and actively list your event on third party websites and promote your event through organic posts on our public EventsIn social media pages. We can add additional services such as pricing, packaging, product development and full service marketing if you need, as we’re a full service agency, with ticketing being one of our core services.

The Platform is ISO compliant and both Milestone and our provider follow the Australian guidelines set by the LPA. The staff who operate and manage the system have 25y+ experience in ticketing and as your Ticketing Agent, Milestone’s team each bring 15-20 years of experience in commercial ticketing and ticketing management. All payments are processed on our white label system using an encrypted SSL server.

Financials

There are no ‘inside fees’ charged to the event owner. The outside fee (booking fee paid by the customer) includes a Platform Fee, Milestone Tix Agent Fee, Credit Card fee and an optional Seller commission if you wish to add this to your booking fee for white label and Milestone managed accounts.

Fees are dispersed to multiple parties from the system. Our system automatically disburses payments to the parties involved in the transaction. That is, to you, the Seller, to us as your Agent, to the Platform and the credit card merchant. All you need to do is provide your banking details and we will send you your net ticket payment within 10 working days of the event.
