By Australian Law, the event owner is responsible for refunding customers’ ticket cost in full and may be required to refund the booking fee, credit card and transaction fees to the customer, should the event be cancelled or postponed, depending on Australian Laws at the time of confirmation.

1. The credit card fee is retained by the credit card merchant.
2. The platform retains the platform and transaction fee.
3. Milestone retains the service fee of per ticket.

When you opt into marketing information, you are allowing Milestone Tix (owned by Milestone Creative Australia) the right to send you marketing materials by way of electronic eDMs through its subsidiary brands, namely EventsIn, which is Milestone’s public event listing brand. When you purchase a ticket to Milestone Tix, you will be added to our subscriber database. As a subscriber, you will receive information about our upcoming events as well as newsletters from our event listing platform Events In.

EventsIN is an event listing platform created by Milestone Creative Australia. EventsIN will showcase all events currently on the Milestone Tix platform as well as any event that is submitted to EventsIN by event organisers or promoters.

Yes, all ticket holders will receive an event reminder 48 hours before the event. This will be sent to the email provided when purchasing your tickets.
