Milestone Tix makes it easy to manage your event’s online ticket sales from anywhere, at any time. Whether you’re running an event for 40 people or 40,000, we provide you with the tools and support you need to manage your entire event. You have full control of your ticket sales from posting events, changing prices and inventories, to processing refunds, everything is there when you need it.

White Label

If you have ongoing events and large volumes of tickets (minimum 5k paid tickets per month), we can create a fully customised white label portal with your event name in the URL and your branding across the ticketing site.

Milestone Managed

Milestone can build and manage your events on the Milestone Tix platform. You simply brief our team and we build and manage your ticketing. You also have access to your account to customise, build reports and adjust your ticketing if needed.

Self Managed / DIY

You have the option of building and listing your events on the Milestone Tix platform. There are no minimum ticket volumes to use this option, you simply complete our onboarding and banking form, we set you up as a Seller on the system and you start building your tickets.

Personalised Support

Milestone provides a personal ticketing consultant who will be your single point of contact to support you with the design and build of the platform, oversee your allocations on the platform, manage dynamic seating and pricing and customise reports, for transparent, seamless management reporting. You also have full control over your Seller account and can DIY if you want to dive in and manage your own ticketing. We also provide email support for buyers via email Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Our platform offers a complete range of scanning and box office equipment for hire and our supplier’s dispatch team can organise and send equipment directly to you or your event site. We recommend at least 2 weeks’ notice for all equipment rental requests to ensure stock availability and postage times can be catered for.
